This product was introduced by Santa Fe Olé™ in early 2010. ‘Extra Roasted New Mexico Green Chile’ is a blend of hot and mild double roasted New Mexico green chile to create a true medium heat. Our Extra Roasted product has a more caramelized flavor than our 'Roasted New Mexico Green Chile - Original'. We add a little fresh lime juice, garlic and salt to enhance the flavor of the chile.

Our 'Extra Roasted New Mexico Green Chile' product is avilable in Medium only.
