All products produced by Santa Fe Olé Food Company are considered to be 'Shelf Stable', our products have a two (2) year shelf life expectancy when unopened.

If you have any Santa Fe Olé™ product that does not have our current label layout you should consider the product past its shelf life.  Below is an example of our current label layout; there will be the roadrunner logo, a street address and our web site address on the left side of the label.
